The second E.P. by pioneers of "meditation metal", INTRINSIC LIGHT - finally, you can get your blackened grimness on, while contemplating spiritual benevolence towards all sentient beings.

Combining low-fi entheogenic improvisation with raw necro-fuzzed blackmetal, INTRINSIC LIGHT takes mindfulness mantras and pummels them through the Third Ear and into the Higher Self, dragging one's spirit simultaneously North of Nirvana and South of Hell.

Note: as the band constantly weaves heavily improvised psychedelia around their distorted brutality, the version of "This Is Happening Now" presented here is very different to the version that appears on "Necromantras for Necromeditation".
