This release is the entirety of INTRINSIC LIGHT's live performance at The Burrow, which took place on the 6th of October, 2018, after about 6 months of no practising at all. But we don't strive for perfection - we strive for progress...

Note: as the band constantly weaves heavily improvised psychedelia around their distorted drone brutality, the live versions of the songs presented here are probably quite different to the versions that appear on previous releases. The piece "Don't Strive for Perfection, Strive for Progress" was improvised on the night.
